As a Christian psychologist for the past 17 years, I've sat with hundreds of men struggling with things like depression, anxiety, relationship issues and sexual compulsivity.
Helping men gain insight, develop tools, and explore where God may fit into their healing process can be life-changing, but none of it can happen without a safe, relaxed environment built on trust. This foundation is paramount. My first role is to listen, to understand you, and to ask what you want from therapy. From there, we move forward together, one step at a time.
